Our Spring Retreat is back again! Join YAL Chicago for a weekend retreat full of faith, fellowship, and service! Our theme for this retreat is "Holy Week: Walk with Christ." The speakers are Fr. Tasso Theodoropoulos and Maria Klesmith. Registration is required so use the link to sign up! General admission tickets are $75. Greek Time tickets start April 15th at $85. “Vasilopita and Vespers” will be hosted by Father Kosmas Kallis. He will lead our young adult group through a vespers service, and afterward we will cut the vasilopita and bring prosperity to the new year. Afterwards, we will gather and have food as well.

Christo is a 2018 graduate of Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology and is the Pastoral Assistant and Youth Director at Annunciation Cathedral in San Francisco since 2019. Let the games begin! YAL is hosting our first volleyball bracket at Kathy Osterman Beach in Edgewater, directly across from St. Andrew's Greek Orthodox Church (5649 N Sheridan Rd). We will grill hot dogs and burgers, provide some snacks and beverages of all kind to help fuel the competition. Find a team of 6-8 to be part of the competition, or come as a spectator!
